Detox for Life: Madison Publishing

Far from Poopin'—When Sh*t Doesn't Happen is a humorous perspective on the awkward topic of colon therapy. We designed this flamboyant "before" cover for a tight niche of open minded, natural health stores and clinics. When the author had the opportunity to go mainstream with the book, the distributor demanded a much more conservative cover design. The title was changed to Detox for Life, a well-respected endorsement was added, the color palette was softened, and imagery speaking to natural healing was incorporated. This series carries this new design into its other books and has opened many new doors for this self-publisher.
