Looking Forward to Monday Morning: Diane Hodges
This two-part promotional kit was designed to help this speaker reach her two very diverse audiences: corporate and education. Even though her audiences are separate, Diane still needed a cohesive series look, or brand, for her speaking and her product line. The solution was to use the eye-catching illustration from the cover of her already published book, Looking Forward to Monday Morning, to create the corporate promotional folder. We then created a similar feel for the education folder. Notably, this speaker's extensive Educational Materials list is now a convenient, easy-to-use order form to further increase her product sales potential. We extended this design even further to develop a uniquely bold look for her business card, letterhead, and brochure. The total look is a highly credible and distinctive brand.

The Magic of Differences: Sherven and Sniechowski
This dynamic team had already achieved a high level of recognition for their work as speakers and authors, but as is the case with many fast-track professionals, their promotional materials had become sorely outdated. The goal was to give this couple a look that would match and continue to increase their authority—and fees—in the speaking field. We recommended new, higher-quality photos, which immediately resulted in an overall more sophisticated image. We then chose a folder to compliment the color palette of the photos and our design of all the printed materials in their kit. Even their business card now goes a step further to communicate their expert status by using both sides, one for their photos and contact information, the other to feature their books.
Big Heart: Karen Bentley
This speaker is everything the name implies. To create a memorable impression, she uses hearts and the color gold in all of her communications: gold heart confetti, gold ribbon, etc. To bring this brand to the world at-large, we designed her logo and book cover as the ultimate "Big Heart" package, then designed her speaker kit to coordinate with the book. Our design included making suggestions for Karen's photo shoot and then choosing just the right images to convey her spirited Big Heart personality and message. The Power in Your Money Personality: Susan Zimmerman
As with so many of our speaker/author clients, we designed this speakers book cover first and then designed her speaker folder to build on that brand. We offer several options for both the design and printing of speaker folder components to accommodate different budgeting needs. Susan opted for a full-color folder label and then single-color inserts. Even with this economical approach, we still maintained a powerful look throughout this folder by using different colors and custom photos for each of the components. These photos vividly demonstrate the importance of using creative props and a variety of clothing or costumes to help you visually communicate your message in a competitive speakers market.
